The texts, illustrations and code of this site are protected by copyright. Quoting is allowed with credit to Marcus Barboza and a link to the source; full reproduction requires permission.

3. Tools (Diagnostic, Calculator, Simulator, Game, Chat)

The tools produce educational estimates based on the information you enter and on the MCI models. Results vary with context, data, market and execution. They are not a guarantee of financial return and do not replace professional analysis of your business.

4. AI-generated content

The MCI Chat uses AI to answer questions based on the published body of knowledge. Answers may contain inaccuracies; confirm before acting on them.

5. Conduct

Do not use the site for mass scraping, reverse engineering, or to submit illegal or offensive content through forms, chat or the leaderboard.

6. Availability

The site may undergo maintenance and changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.

7. Governing law

These terms follow Brazilian law. The courts of the author's domicile are elected for matters not resolved amicably.
