  • Yellow: The conversation flow suddenly increases; response time rises to 10 minutes. The semaphore signals yellow to the Guardião do Ciclo, alerting that the dynamic journey is losing traction.
  • Red: 30 minutes pass without human or IA interaction. The semaphore turns red. The system triggers a critical alert: that customer is a "Decided" lead with a high Conversation Score. Without immediate intervention, they will buy from the competitor.

The Operational Semaphore is NOT a static BI dashboard that you check once a week to see average service times (SLA). Averages hide tragedies. Nor is it a simple "unread message" alert. It is dynamic, predictive, and focused on the value of the cycle, not just the volume.

How It Appears in the Operation

  • Green Signal: Conversations flowing within the expected pT (perceived time); IAm resolving simple cases; high conversion rate between decision states.
  • Yellow Signal: Queues starting to accumulate; decrease in the Sentiment Analysis of conversations; Agents overwhelmed with more than 5 simultaneous complex cycles.

  • Cycles at Risk: The number of conversations that reached the yellow/red stage in the last hour.
  • Time to Green: How long the operation takes to recover normality after a peak (returning from red to green).
  • Conversation Score: The health score of the conversation that feeds the semaphore's color changes.

  • Do you know right now, this second, how many important conversations are stalled without a response?
  • Does your team prioritize whoever shouts loudest or whoever has the highest business potential (Conversation Score)?
  • Is there a clear rule for when a manager should drop administrative tasks to help the operation (red intervention)?
